Tommy Kahnle is fresh off of winning July’s Reliever of the Month honors, but it looks like his success hasn’t translated into August. Relieving Masahiro Tanaka with a two-run lead, Kahnle was tasked with shutting down the Orioles in the sixth inning. Unfortunately he failed to do so, surrendering a two-run shot to Jonathan Villar, and he couldn’t contain his emotions after returning to the Yankees’ dugout.
